Mission
This year A.S.T.R.O. wants to broaden our audience even more than last year in addition to creating stronger ties with the current members. We are going to encourage visits to the observatory and create a more accessible environment for Wellesley students. We are also going to make matching shirts to wear during public events. Activities this year include public nights, stargazing, leading the licensing process, and our annual trek to Western Mass to view the dark sky without light pollution—an opportunity that few of our astro-enthusiasts have ever experienced.vc
