Mission
Athlete Ally seeks to promote and create enthusiasm within the Wellesley College community surrounding topics of LGBTQ+ inclusion, allyship, and equity in athletics and fitness spaces. Our organization works to educate, empower, and unite student-athletes, recreational athletes, and allies to foster a safe, inclusive environment for all identities.

Events and meetings shall strive to:
a) Facilitate conversations about LGBTQ+ visibility in sports.
b) Advocate for inclusive athletic policies and spaces.
c) Provide educational workshops and allyship training.
d) Partner with campus and external organizations to celebrate pride
in sports and physical activity.
