Melodies for Remedies seeks to promote and create enthusiasm for the Wellesley College community surrounding topics of performing arts and music as a civic engagement method to promote healing, dementia/Alzheimer’s awareness, and student-led healthcare volunteerism for senior homes, memory care centers, and family care facilities.
Members of MFR will be eligible to volunteer in our monthly events, concerts, and music therapy sessions. Members will also be able to participate in general member meetings, voice their opinion on how the organization should move forward, and connect with like-minded students in sharing their passion of music, the performing arts, and volunteerism.
