The purposes of ASU are to cultivate awareness in and promote the understanding of Asian and Asian American affairs by sharing the many facets of the Asian and Asian American experience; to reach out to and network with other Asians and Asian Americans by participating in community service programs and projects; and to provide support and opportunities for the members of ASU, the Wellesley College community, and other schools to come together on a cultural, political, and social level.
